Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 3.2 I am sure these girls are nice but they come off as very standoffish. I went through recruitment and this was the one sorority everyone dreaded going to because the conversations were so bad. Everyone labels them as misfits and they don't help their reputation. They need to set up their game.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.8 They are the Greatest group of genuine sister I have ever met. Their bond is real, they know how to party and have a great time. They are classy ladies and for sure wife material. Each girl brings something to the chapter. You're a sister here not just another number. They are always saying "It's not four years it's for life." Because the friendships and bonds last longer than in college, you make life long friends here. And that's what real sisterhood is. #wifematerial

They are the Greatest group of genuine sister I have ever met. Their bond is real, they know how to party and have a great time. They are classy ladies and for sure wife material. Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 2.2 Really nice girls, but the sorority is not for everyone. A lot of the girls are shy and hard to talk to, making it a less desirable one.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.6 At first I was not a fan of Theta Phi, but that is because I let other peoples comments and opinions sway my own values and beliefs. Truth is, this is the only sorority on campus that isn't fake. They are genuine people that care about the sisterhood and care about each other. They are not clicky, they know how to party, and they are extremely welcoming. These women are the true example of quality girls over quantity. Your not just a number in Theta Phi.

These girls NEVER call themselves Theta and anyone who calls them that OBVISOULY dont know anything about greek life... These girls are so sweet. love from pi phi yall.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.2 Theta Phi is one of the smaller sororities on campus and isn't the most popular sorority but they have definitely stepped up their game more recently. The girls are extremely involved on campus and even ranked in Greek Week and POTH this year. They seem to all be really close, likely due to their smaller numbers. People underestimate Theta Phis but they are growing on campus.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.6 A great group of girls all around. I do feel like they don't really give you the "sorority feel" during recruitment due to lackluster outfits, and a lot of people write them off. But over all, they are involved on campus and you will always see them dancing away at Tims and then volunteering the next morning!

They aren't cookiecutter but they have a real sisterhood and know how to be classy, yet fun, sorority women. Their recent pledge classes have great personalities and are pretty too!
