Theta phi has some nice girls, but this was the one sorority everybody dreaded going back to at recruitment. The conversations were forced and just awkward. They're definitely not for everyone and are not your typical sorority type.

if these ratings were true they wouldn't be the first sorority every girl drops after the first day of recruitment.

They have the lowest New Member class drop rate and highest 4 year retention rate of their girls thoughout of any chapter on campus. So what does that say about stereotypes and first impressions? It means that the girls who get to first hand experience this chapter as a sister are bonded for life because they want to be. They found a supportive and welcoming home which is not common in Greek Life. I'd kill to get a second chance at recruitment #seniorwhomissedout

Amazing sisterhood, the girls actually know each other. Socials with them are always fun and chill. They make sure they have smaller pledge classes both semesters so they can keep their sisterhood strong

I am in a different house on campus and I did not know any Theta Phis until this year when I got to know a few through classes and I have been very surprised with how chill and laidback they are. During recruitment I had written them off because of the reputation they had around campus but they seem to have a genuine sisterhood and are often seen at other chapter's events supporting other houses. Recruitment seems to be tough for them but this seems based on old reputations

def have a weird rep on campus but individually these girls are cool. seems like they don't do much on campus but i always see those girls partying tims! some are awkward but they know how to have a good time
