They are very active on campus and their recruitment has been improving the past few years! Although not one of the top sororities, they have a very strong sisterhood and seem really happy with their choice to join.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 3.7 Strongest, most uplifting sisterhood on this campus. These girls are so close and so welcoming to whoever comes to their door. They are all genuine, kind girls. Definitely known for their campus involvement and volunteering work. Mix of some really pretty, popular ones and some strange odd girl as well. They have a hard time recruiting because Theta Phi isn't known as the most popular sorority OR have a big national name for themselves, but are worth consideration!

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 3.5 Okay let’s just get the facts out now; theta phi isn’t a super popular sorority on campus. however, if your looking for a diverse group of girls who will accept you no matter what- these girls are the one you will want to call your sisters. These girls are truly one of a kind. Please don’t be so quick to rule them out bc their not super popular- keep an open mind bc you might give yourself the chance to see something you didn’t see previously:)

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 3.0 I love Theta Phi's!!! They are all super sweet and have a great sisterhood. They get a bad rap for being so small but they are stepping up. Honestly I would pick Theta Phi over half of the sororities at UD. Great down to earth girls!

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 3.9 They definitely don’t have the strongest recruitment, based off of their past. Their reputation on campus is changing as it no longer fits the girls that are now currently in the chapter compared to 4 years ago. They are fun, very highly involved on campus, and always supporting each other and other chapters, you will always see them at other chapter philanthropy events. Give these girls a chance before you write them off.
