Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority at University of Dayton - UD 4.0 Bottom tier with Theta Phi and Sigma Kappa. They were considered a newer chapter but it’s been enough years where they never grew out of that reputation. Take notes on what not to do Sima Kappa chapter. They got a new house like 6 years ago on brown street which helped them with their status but wasn’t enough. I'm sure you still have to be in exec to live in house at kd. Girl Scouts isn’t just the philanthropy but very much Girl Scout vibe personalities of the girls in this chapter. They match in having a social with Beta Theta Pi every year which is know as a bottom frat house in campus, but hey at least they have socials with frats every year unlike Theta Phi. A lot of girls take this chapter as a last resort during recruitment that girls are still happy sticking with all four years.
