No actual brotherhood between the Pi Kapps. Just a label they can have. Always see Pi Kapp kids showing up to Pike day drinks because Pi Kapp parties are lame.

Pi Kappa Phi is one of the most active fraternities on campus whether it be with service, socially, or with brotherhood. The new spring pledge class is great and will make an impact on the fraternity. The brotherhood aspect of Pi Kappa Phi is probably the best on campus whether it is going on a brotherhood retreat on the weekend, spending time with each other every weekend, and going to service events that are available to them.
