SAE is definitely a decent fraternity at Dayton. However, seems like there application requirements are to be a super athletic, business major, stereotypical, rude frat boy. Try's to throw party's of there own, but end up just partying with everyone else. Which is kind of the culture at UD because everyone parties. However, they are horrible at actually organizing and planning anything. Decent community involvement though.

Beta is more than likely the best fraternity on campus. They are the ideal Frat in most peoples eyes. They rank #1 with GPA, but also have some of the best parties on campus. It is truly a work hard play hard mentality. All the guys might not be a 6ft + athletic build Chad, but I promise you 95% of them have an amazing personality. This is because Beta looks for more strong characters instead of the stereotypical frat guy. Plus they won POTH this year, which turned that night into an actual movie.

This chapter is full of really pretty, fun, and smart girls. Their chapter is relatively new, but they’re the up and coming sorority. They’re very friendly, and welcoming to new members, but they’re a more difficult chapter to get into. These girls are very dedicated to their philanthropy’s, they have the most on campus. They also know how to throw fun socials, but also don’t go to crazy. If you’re looking for a good group of girls this is the sorority for you!

SAE is the only fraternity who even cares about winning Greek week. They will throw a lame party in a UD house and call it a movie every time.

From an outsider looking in (and from what I've heard), they seem to be a very tight knit group of guys who like to have fun. It's a big frat, second biggest on campus and newest on campus. They throw parties often and its really hit or miss with them. Most the time its a lot of fun but sometimes its more casual than a rager. I would recommend getting to know them and rush if interested, at least that's my plan. Overall one of the top Frats on campus, but there truly isn't a "bad" Frat on campus.
