These will be controversial opinions, but I can justify all of them
Kap Sig/Sig Pi
Sig Chi/Beta/Pika
KDR/D Chi
Middle:
D Phi/Sig Ep
KA
Low:
ATO/SAE
AEPi
Sig Pi has killed it lately, KA is actually on the up, reports of Pikas decline are overstated. (girls still like Pika and Pikas really prefer to do their own thing so not a lot of people know about them- however heard from Kappas that Pika put a ton of effort into homecoming so good looks on them). However, you could still maybe move Pika down to their own category below Sig Chi and Beta but ahead of KDR and DChi. Beta has become cliquey and the subject of a million "soft" jokes- definitely where freshmen girls go to party.
But honestly, rankings are stupid: go where you like the people the most.
Sororities:
KAT/KKG
XO
Pi Phi/Tri Delt
KD
DG
Gamma Phi
AXO
Both Kappa and Theta had really strong pledge classes. XO is starting to stumble. Tridelt and KD are rising (personally prefer KD to Pi Phi, but that's not the consensus.)
Seriously though, go where you prefer. There's good guys and girls in every group.

Things changed a little after homecoming askings.
Upper Tier:
Kappasig/ Beta/ Sig Pi
Sig Chi
Pika
Mid Tier:
KDR/ DPhi/ Dchi
SigEp
Lower Tier:
ATO
KA
SAE
Pika still above Dchi, for now, but lost its chance at competing with Sig Chi when it lost to Dchi during Homecoming askings. Pika slipping. Dchi moved up from being equal to SigEp to being equal to DPHI/KDR after hoco askings. Big jump between mid tier and lower tier.
Theta/ Kappa
Chi O
Tri-Delt/PiPhi
KD
Gamma Phi/ DG
AXO
Chi-O's slipping. I wouldn't say Tri-Delt surpassed Pi-Phi, but is now equal to PiPhi after being asked by two frats instead of just one like PiPhi. KD solidified its position over DG. The most significant change is Gamma Phi moved up to being equal to DG after having 3 frats ask them, whereas only ATO asked DG.
AXO still at the bottom. No one asked them to homecoming.
