Where do fraternities throw parties? Does each frat have off campus housing?

yeah most of the top tier fraternities have off campus housing.
I know some places like beta/kapsig have many more houses than like a mid tier frat like dchi. Frat's also throw parties at their on campus houses some times too, as well as at third party venues, like bars or the crust.
