Though I think the idea of "tiers" are more accurate than full on ratings, still, don't think of a "top tier" as any better than any other house.

I can honestly say that all our groups offer something to all girls. The sororities at W&M are fantastic and each group is amazing in unique ways. Happy Holidays with a wish of health and happiness to all with hope that you all have many blessed years ahead of you. GO GREEK, GO TRIBE <3

Every house at William and Mary holds a niche in our panhellenic system. There are houses for girls who want to find their best friends, houses for girls who want to find a cute frat-boy to snuggle up with, houses for girls who want people to go out with, and houses that are a grab bag of everything else.
That being said: Pick a place that suits your interests and needs. When I rushed I was an out of state student looking for a way to meet new people. If I had seen this site, though I would have taken all straight 1 and straight 5 rankings with a grain of salt, I probably wouldn't have preffed the same houses I kept preffing (Geez I would have cut Chi O the first day, instead of skit night like I ended up doing, the hazing would have easily scared me away).
But use this stuff as a back up, as a primer so you know what to look for if you need to confirm things for yourself. Don't worry about rankings, worry about fit.

Ladies, I think we should try to help Phi Mu get their numbers up and keep their charter! Remember: always help out the struggling "bottom" sorority or it could be yours next!!!

Phi Mu is a lovely group of women. They are sweet, low drama, and full of strong sisterhood. This does not make them "better" than any other sorority on this list, objectively (nor does anything else, each sorority is for a specific type of girl, and being higher ranked on this site doesn't mean one is better than the other). If you would like their ranks to rise, pull a Chi O and have everyone log on and write straight 5 rankings.
The thing is, the types of girls who go on this site and care about being in a "top" sorority aren't going to pledge Phi Mu. They might not drop them first, but they just won't fit in there. COB some more "non typical" girls and you'll be okay. What will really help Phi Mu is for us to write flattering reviews of them so people don't walk into rush going "anywhere but Phi Mu"

The types of girls who refuse to be in a "Bottom" sorority aren't the type of girls you want anyway.

I know, a bunch of you are going to comment after this to argue against me, but this is my prediction of how the tiers are going to look by next fall, assuming there are no more major incidents.
