There is a clear top 4 (in no order- XO, KKG, KAT, PBP) and the rest you pretty much never hear about.
Everyone in the top four could be on top for different reasons- most of these go by "hotness". But each one literally has it's own thing to be called top for.
Chi O- Partying, good looks, very outgoing
PBP- Being the chill house, partying
Kappa- Good looking, involved, dress well
Theta- Nice, good looking, involved

I really can't tell much of a difference in attractiveness. All four are beautiful, ChiO and PiPhi are categorized as "hot" while Kappa and Theta are categorized as having a more "classic" look. I think hot and classic are equal but attractive to different people, your own preferences come in here. All four mix with the same frats, so there's no real difference in partying except ChiO and PiPhi are known for being really big into partying while Kappa and Theta party but their reputation is not based off of it.

That is not true. I know so many girls that went through rush and put the good houses at the bottom of the list and the lower ones at the top because they did not know which ones are good and which ones are bad. They felt like they wanted to be in the group they felt better with so in a way we do choose the houses we want to a certain extent. Who cares at a school with only 10 sororities. It is probably not even popular to be in one. So hot tip....Who cares it is not a competitive greek system.
