honestly I’d put theta up there w kappa and chi o. They’re all great just depends on the year but all strong houses tied. Also pi phi above tri delt for sure. Pi phi killed last rush. Also I’d argue AXO above phi mu. I think phi mu has had a shaky time establishing themselves since they are only 4 years old now I think? Not sure if they really have a vibe so it’s an interesting mix of women

even if chi o is popular with frats, they're not doing that well as an actual organization. they lost a ton of sister and between last year's recruitment and depending on this years, they may not be as strong going forward. kappa and theta are probably more accurate as "top" right now

Ok true I feel like chi o is trying to recover after the racism scandal and so many members dropping. I also think theta is in a weird rebrand right now too. Pledge classes changing a lot, and I don’t think anyone can figure out the vibe now. Kappa is always the same just hot rich girls so I think that’s consistent

Chi Omega and Kappa are top houses for sure. And Theta just can’t get over themselves. Check HOCO record for objective perspective.

I like the new vibe of Chi O they got away from the hard party place and Kappa is same as always. This will be a critical year for Theta, but they need to realize there is more to a woman than looks and hop of some of thirst skeezy girls.

Theta does have lots of pretty girls, but I don’t think they are on the same level as Chi o and Kappa, which are tops but with very different vibes. Theta is considered to be better than Tri Delt and Pi Phi.
