Difference between pi phi and Tri Delt is really just dependent on your vibe. Same for Kappa and chi o. I’d put those more as alternatives on same line than better or worse. But, also that’s true for most all strats on the list, so I guess this is pretty accurate.

#4 spot is open to interpretation, rly depends who u know in pi phi, dg, and tri Delt. And what you’re judging on. Between 4-6 it could be any order

DDD is where it should be, but is definitely gaining on Theta. Hope Theta gets a better pledge class this year than it did last for sake of all the older girls in the sorority who are pretty cool. And, everyone knows Tri Delt absolutely killed it in rush last year. Wonder if the trend will continue? Chi O and Kappa are, well, Chi O and Kappa. Totally different types, but both great, just WAY different vibes. Pretty and rich or pretty and sporty (and weirdly they are really friendly mostly with each other). Also, DG is run down on this site unfairly. Interesting group with great sisterhood. A couple of super annoying girls, but they aren’t the whole strat.

I’m in an upper mid-tier strat. And, I love it. Feel so lucky to be in my house, but honestly if I hadn’t gotten in mine, My next pick would have been Phi Mu. It should no longer be last. It’s a new chapter and is already making its way as a very desired house on campus.
I also agree that while Chi O and Kappa are considered the “top” houses on campus, they are more alternatives than better or worse. I know Kappa legacies in XO and XO legacies in Kappa. A surprisingly different vibe in each. I had both until sisterhood round and liked both houses a lot (I was a legacy to one, who cut me before PreF b/c the rule of their house is if legacies are back for pref they are guaranteed bids). Also, loved Pi Phi girls, but I was too hyper for them. So bottom line, I think phi Mu is THE house most on the move at WM. Will be a top 6 house in a few years.

In ranked order-
Theta- pretty, sweet, involved, mainstream
Pi Phi- crunchy, involved, athlete or kind of random assortment, cool
Tri Delt- mixed bag, loud, don't fit in chi o, kappa, theta or pi phi

Totally agree with comment by Rank.
Chi O and Kappa are just alternatives, so different but both top houses. Theta is next, then it is Pi Phi, Tri Delt, or DG, any order depending on your vibe and who you hang with in the group. Next, I’d put Phi Mu, AXO, and Gamma Phi and also any order works depending on vibe (and that wasn’t the case two years ago...AXO and Phi Mu were not up there. But, they are coming on strong.
