cob after declining a bid

Is there no way to participate in cob if you decline a bid during formal recruitment? The only reason I didn't drop pref night was because everyone told me not to.

no you can accept COB if you decline it’s uncommon but not unheard of for people to do if you’re bad unsure but think about it and decide yea this is for me

If you signed your MRABA and were offered a bid, you can’t join anywhere but that chapter for a year.

honestly there are so many mixed messages just go ask the actual Panhellenic council what’s up idek what is and isn’t true about COB
