These are my thoughts on each theme. Note this doesn’t rank the sororities, just how original the themes were/how well they were executed.

TOP BID THEMES: Pi Phi, Theta, Phi Mu

These sororities had such well executed themes and everyone went all out! Pi phi was by far my favorite, with pink and red and love everything. I’m not even in pi phi and it made my heart feel so happy and full of love for the new sisters! The angel wings and Cupid’s bows were just so cute and every PNM looked so happy in those pictures. Theta’s theme has been super trendy the past few years but it was very well-executed. A surprising lack of glitter on their part, especially considering go gold last year. It was v hot tho. Instabaddie vibes. Phi Mu! A surprise front comer! Camp is so fun and all the pictures I’ve seen have been so cute. The shirts? Iconic. The tent? Wow. What a fun original theme, great for a smaller budget. The whistles were a lot at times but also set you guys apart.

MID TIER: DG, KAPPA, CHIO
These themes remind me of each other #throwback. DG and KAPPA had similar 90s vibes with a throwback twist. I forgot kappa did the whole bow to the new class thing and it took me by surprise but also it’s a cute way to welcome girls in. I also liked how each person was coordinated but still together, that’s how spice girls be. DG was just serving up that incredible 90s block color goodness, I loved the letters! The mixtapes were also super cute. For CHIO I wasn’t sure if I liked the theme at first, but once I saw the letters and banner it all came together. I love how your themes are always a lil more bad girl ya know? You got them skull and cross bones vibes. The banner was so cool.

Wildcard: Tridelt
I honestly don’t know what to feel about your theme. It was cute but I was kind of surprised to see it today. But as they say, delta delta delta, can I help ya help ya help ya?

BOTTOM TIER: KD, GPHI, AXO
These themes are all cute in theory but did not quite make it. I’ve seen KD’s ice theme done before, but it was so hot you couldn’t actually wear any winter wonderland stuff or else you’d die. It just looked chrome. I bet inside the house it was cuter but alas, I was not inside the house. Gphi’s theme wasn’t all over the place. I liked the sunglasses you gave new pledges but overall it seemed kind of all over the place. I couldn’t figure out what your theme even was until someone told me, and then I still struggled. I had to look up AXO’s theme on Instagram. It’s better coordinated than GPHI, but I still don’t get what CYM has to do with athletics and sports. Cute in theory, missed the mark in execution.
