thats so not true. theta is definetly tied for top with kappa.. i do agree with the sig pi comment tho

Top sororitys are theta kappa and chio
Top frats are beta sig pi and kap sig
This is how it's been for the past few years and not much, aside from a few of them getting in minor trouble, has changed
