selectivity of the sororities?

How selective are the sororities at wm? If you don't have letters of rec, is it super hard to get a bid? How hard is it in general to get a bid to a top tier sorority?

you don't need letters. the more outgoing/attractive you are, the higher chance of a bid from a "top" house. But "top" doesn't necessarily mean "best".

Don't need letters. If you have legacy in a top tier sorority that will help. Definitely not easy to get a bid from the top 3, but if you're outgoing/fun you should be fine. Also, don't worry about tiers when you rush. You should go where you feel comfortable and happy becuase it is four years!
