id put sig pi slightly over sig chi but still below beta/ksig while id put pike above dphi but below sig chi.

Sig Pi slightly over sig chi, Dchi, dphi together slightly higher than KDR, and Pika slightly higher than Dchi, but still lower than sig chi.

I think the sorority rankings are spot on, but for frats I'd say:

Kap Sig
Beta
Sig Chi/Sig Pi
Pika/D Chi/ D Phi (older students see Pika as better because of their older members, but new students think D Chi is the shot for some reason. I'd say within the next year or two D Chi will end up above Pika and D Phi)

why do people have Chi O below Kappa and Theta? Like how do they differ from those two?

they don't differ but Chi O is less "sorority" so girls tend to not like them as much

Dchis are not nearly as popular as pike. They have some weird kids. They are right that Pike is in trouble. Everyone knows that. Rush has sucked for them from what I have heard.

My opinion is that Pike is on the same level as KDR and Dphi...... Dchi is below all 3. Pike has better parties that I go to often, but KDR and Dphi have slightly more attractive guys. Just my friends' and my own opinion.

Tri delt is not on par with Pi phi. Pi phi is still top 4 and miles ahead of Tri delt. I think Tri delt is in its own tier after kappa, theta, chi o, and Pi phi. I think kappa, chi o, and Pi phi got amazing pledge classes this rush. Tri delt and theta didn't do so hot.

literally tri delt had a better pledge class this year than chi o and pi phi. Girls in pi phi actually congratulated tri delt on their rush this year...Panhel betch

Here is just my opinion (combined with my 2 close friends')

KapSig/ Beta
Sig Chi
Sig Pi
Pika/KDR
Dchi/Dphi
Sig Ep/ATO/
KA
Aepi/SAE
Phi Tau

Sig Pi got 3 rushes this semester. Pika got 4 rushes last semester. Sig Pis are much more attractive than pikas (and less insane). Beta has had great parties and from what I have heard, a great fall Rush. Kdr and Dphi have also had awesome Rush parties. Kdr has slightly more attractive guys, so I put them above dphi. Went to one D Chi party this rush, and it had a weird vibe. My friends and I have never been a big fan of dchi. Don't understand the few posts on here.

PIKa had 8 last semester I believe. With 3 being varsity athletes

I agree with ^^ for the most part. Dphi still on same level as KDR.
