I definitely agree. I think once this class of seniors graduate and nobody remembers when Phi Mu first came onto campus and was originally "new," a lot of that will shed. i remember hearing my friends in rush say how much they liked phi mu but dropped because of how they're so new. they'll grow in time.

I feel really bad about your PC class. You guys looked like you were doing really well idk what happened. I was really kind of hoping this year was going to be a big one for you guys but I mean you looked like you had at least ten less than everyone else? 12? And your theme was cute. I hope you guys do COB or spring, panhel love 🖤

Rising a little bit with each pledge class as they shed their reputation of being "new". A bit of a mixed bag until they figure out who they really are as a sorority, but no sorority is made up entirely of girls that are exactly alike anyway. Really great sisterhood; you can tell that they genuinely love each other. Quite a few of them go out regularly, and they put a lot of effort into their philanthropy. I'm excited to watch them continue to grow!

Genuine group of gals - they're not afraid to be themselves, which makes them actually fun to hang out with. I know several

Nice girls, some weird ones in the sorority but most are pretty chill. Not a huge social presence on campus but they seem very close and support eachother. Definitely a strong sisterhood and solid middle tier

I really enjoyed seeing you guys at the meet and greet! Your shirts stuck out from the crowd. The people I talked to all seemed fun and down to earth. I love how excited you guys are about talking about your philanthropy. Plus - dog

this! Is the definition of sisterhood. phi mus are the kind where all their best friends are in the sorority, and their other best friends who aren’t there decide to pledge bc they’re all each other’s best friends. Has a pretty high retention rate and the people who love it love it. Very supportive of each other and love to talk about each other’s accomplishments. It’s clearly they all love their sisters, even if they’re not bfflboos

Looking to go through Rush this year. You have a very active Instagram! Multiple story posts every day and a post almost every single day. I know it’s probably a campaign you guys are doing, but I also like how the Phi Mu members post on their stories, and then your page reposts that. And I really like seeing all the stories reposted on the Panhellenic page, sorority life here looks super nurturing and fun! I have noticed a lot of repeats of the same girls in pictures, especially on collages. I wish I saw pictures of more people. Overall though I like the theme, very cute I can’t wait to rush all the sororities this year :)

smallest sorority on campus, which has its ups and downs. pros: - you’ll know everyone in your sorority, and be able to have fun bonding experiences with almost if not everyone :) - small means you have the chance to step up and become a leader/leave your mark if you want - low key, stuff is optional - low dues comparatively cons: - small so not much campus presence - hard to raise money through philanthropy when you’re new - baby sorority == bottom by default - low dues+less people == lower budget than other sorority’s on campus always choose the sorority that’s right for you! but as someone with lots of friends in phi mu who’s been able to hear about some pros and cons, this is what I want to present. I hope this is a neutral description that can inform you during rush :)

phi mu is super sweet but was hurt by their ranking during recruitment. lots of pnms were hearing that phi mu was lowest tier so looked elsewhere. honestly phi mus are really nice and friendly and they work hard for their charity but are mostly just hurt by rankings
