They have always been a good fraternity but they dropped the ball on pledges this and last semester. They gave a bunch of bids to maintain their unit and try and get that house. They probably won't even stay on their unit g with dx getting a full one. Definitely on the decline going for numbers instead of quality guys

so superficial; their new pledge class isn't fun (half of them have been hospitalized!) and all about looks. they've got nothing going on in their heads and personalities. such social climbers and again, these freshmen are notttt nice to girls in other sororities.

definitely quickly on the rise. a fun nice group of guys who once they get their full unit next year will be one of the more relevant frats on campus
