theta's definitely within the upper tier. guys still want to hook up with them and they mix with the same frats as the top 3. it's just their boring personalities and lack of a universal identity that takes them down. theta's the #4 slot, middle tier begins after the top 5.

Really fun guys that are always down to party and have a good time. Beyond just partying they're really fun to chill with. Some of the guys kinda suck but they're mostly good people. smart and involved on campus
