really not cool guys at all. most fraternities will pitch their "service" and "philanthropy" ; events a little bit to rushes so that it's not all about partying, but that's seriously all these guys care about. their parties suck, the only sorority that likes them is KD (which isn't saying much), and the guys are nerdy as hell but think they're cool because they can tell their friends from home that they're in a fraternity.

kappa sig is still eligible for a house - they already have a list of who is eligible based on membership. theyre douchey, but theyre one of the more fun fraternities, especially when they were in the units. frankly id rather see them get a house than any of the smaller, nerdier ones.
