True: They are universally considered to be the worst house on campus for looks (some cute, most average, lots of uggos), personality (awkward as eff), and socially (only really mix with tiny low-tier frats). They're relatively nice girls despite that all.

girls are really involved around campus in a lot of different programs. they almost always have high attendance/winning for greek events/competitions. most of them have boyfriends already so theta seems under the radar screen. still drink but don't get too crazy. they don't have a "typical theta" rep like most sororitys do, so they don't come off as popular, but are still a highly preffed-place during rush, though they always cut too many girls and get just below quota.

their pledge class isn't as great as chi o usually is, and with probation, they've taken a hard hit, but still have a ton of fun.

The're not slipping at all IMO, they're actually climbing up, I would say there's only one or two genuinely unattractive girls in the fall pledge class, and a lot of really cute ones. Their PR is doing better, I see a lot more of them wearing letters and they're more active in greek life as a whole. They're also among the only houses not in trouble right now. And to whoever wrote the below post (a Phi Mu I'm guessing), one hot girl does not a hot house make. And don't write people's names on here, it's offensive.
