They're really cool and not at all stuck up like a lot of the other top houses. Most of the negative reviews are probably from girls in other sororities, I think that they're definitely one of the most fun groups of girls to hang out with and to party with.

theres no one who strongly opposes theta. they are smart and good looking but known for being half partiers, half studiers. mix with the top frats and have friends in the other top sororities. balances out the top part of the pyramid as the link between the really sorority-type sorority girls and the girls who rushed because they thought it would be fun

definitely not bottom of the middle tier. bottom of the top tier, or you could say the buffer between top (pi phi, kkg, chi o) and upper-middle tier (tridelt, kd)
