Until this past year, Theta was an upper-mid or top-tier sorority. There most recent pledge class changed everything for them. They went for looks only, and it caught up with them. Nobody wants to be in that “mean girl” lifestyle (that’s why they didn’t get a top-tier frat courting them for hoco). PNMs be warned, you can’t judge a book by its cover. This strat ain’t what it used to be.

These are the most “real” girls on campus. I wish I had their confidence and charisma. I haven’t ever met one who isn’t beautiful. But mostly known for being cool, funny, nice; and one of them stood up for when a “popular” guy was being rude to me in class.

I think the only time I have heard about pi phi is when they had their wedding at homecoming a couple of years ago. I have no idea what their philanthropy is. Seems kind of bad when I can name the organizations of other sororities off the top of my head. As for what they're known for? Idk weed I think or at least that's the rumor mill. No one knows anything about them.
