2019 wmu frat rankings unbiased

Top Tier
1. Sigma Chi- Throws the best parties and mixes with the best sororities. They have the most exclusive parties so good luck if you're a GDI or not on the guest list cause you wont be going here on the weekends. They use to be close with SigEp but with them gone they're undoubtedly the top house here. They're a little douchy but that is because they know they're top.
2. ATO- Known for throwing some good parties and and are pretty exclusive. They mix with the same sororities that Chi throws. Though this Fraternity isn't for everyone. Sigma Chi and ATO associate with each other.
Middle Tier
3. Pi Kapp- Didnt throw too many parties last year because they were in some trouble but for the most part but are still a solid brotherhood. Very close with Phi sig in ideals and houses are right next to each other.
4. FIJI- Known to be a smarter frat. Because their house isn't on fratville dr many people steer clear of this house on the weekends but they still throw solid parties. Good kids with the occasional weird ones mixed throughout.
5. Phi Sig- They have been in trouble in the past but had a good pledge class last year. Good house location and party room. Parties are a little exclusive but there are some real creeps in the frat.
6. ASIG- Place to be for freshman and GDIs. Many of the frats that GDIs get rejected from come here. Their house location is good but the party room is always hot and cramped.
Lower Tier
7. Sig Tau- relatively smaller but are definitely working their way up the hierarchy. Had a good pledge class last year and will probably be in the middle tier after this year. Parties are not too exclusive and have a decent party room.
8.Pike- Somewhat irrelevant because their house is in such a terrible location. They have some weird kids in the frat but are known to be bigger jocks. Parties are not very good either.
9.Theta Chi- Irrelevant because of house location. Whenever they have parties in their massive social room it is never filled because people go elsewhere. A lot of creeps in the frats.
10. Lambda- Known for being super nice but kind of get made fun of by the rest of greek life. They let mostly all GDIs in their parties and have a bad social room.
