First of all most of the people who Say this frat is top tier that’s a complete lie. They are self ranking. I will say they are better then a couple years ago. Still the fraternities parties aren’t good there house is a townhome and they guys are average at best. This isn’t a good pike unfortunately and I would look at rushing elsewhere unless you connect with them.

Small chapter with boring socials full of geeds. A few of the brothers are chill but not many of them. Lower middle tier chapter at best

top tier house on campus. they're hot and fun to hang with. def better than the other houses. and their house is gorgeous inside
