The ‘good guys’ in Greek life. Their house is small, party room is exactly as small as you’d expect. Although, they do have some of the most members out of any house in Greek life and have a very good reputation year in and year out!

A lot of really cool kids in here, newer house still building their brand in Greek life. Less and less goobers get bids each year. House is definitely on the up.

Really are a great group of guys. Very involved fraternity when it comes to on campus and in Greek life. Some of the guys can’t control themselves when they drink and try to fight everyone but that can usually be stopped before it gets bad. Definitely part of the big 3 at Western, with Sig Chi and ATO. The rest of the houses aren’t even close to being within the top three. Very strict policy on “Greek life only“ at their socials, so either become friends with someone in the fraternity or walk up with a big group of girls and hope for the best.

they fight all the time and beef with other houses so no one really likes them. Parties are pretty decent and a lot of girls seem to like them but still aren’t top

Just know whoever says Delta Zeta is top tier is a DZ, Bc they are not top tier. They are full of themselves as you can see here by their self ranks and disliked by most other chapters in campus. Here for a reality check... if you want a genuine sisterhood who isn’t shallow then dz is not for you. The girls I’ve met talk about failing classes on the regular

These guys have a very nice house but always seem to be on probation for some reason. Since they only threw one party in the 2019/20 school year I don’t know too much about them.
