These guys get a ton of hate from the majority of fratville. Despite this in the fall of 2019 they signed the most Fraternity recruits by a decent margin. The dirty “old motel” is well known for throwing great parties and recently they seem to have been prioritizing safety by making sure people stay safe/get home safe that go to their parties. They also have a heavy IFC presence. As long as they can keep doing what they are doing this house should only keep growing.

Solid group of guys here, not sure what house they will be living in next year but they will find a way to make the best of it. Give them a better house and they are easily up there as one of the best frats in WMU Greek life.

Along with ATO these guys have solidified themselves as one of the premier houses in WMU Greek life. They have a Greek mansion that houses many of your stereotypical frat dudes but also many quality guys. Despite a very average party room you can expect to see these guys up there with WMU’s best Greek houses for awhile.

After ATO and Sigma Chi this group of guys sit not too far behind. They have a cool house and a lot of very good guys and have made a positive inclusive and diverse imprint on WMU Greek life. They do seem to struggle getting along with literally any other fraternity on fratville from the looks of it, but they still seem to have a good time.

These guys are still working to get onto fratville, until then I can’t see them becoming anything more than they are which is a nice but lesser known bottom tier group of frat guys

These guys seem to be the house that everyone on fratville picks on. They have a decent house, a nice backyard, but are rumored to have internal problems. Due to the size of their house they’ll remain a relevant chapter as long as they’re here.

I was let into their parties once first semester but then I kept on getting denied. They get a lot girls there that’s why I always wanna go
