Any type of high rating is obviously from someone within the chapter. No one acknowledges these guys as a top tier fraternity on campus besides themselves. You'll have a hard time bonding with these guys unless your weird.

Last year I went through rush and was dying to get in DZ. I was really sad that I got dropped before the preference round but I found a home in another chapter. The girls I rushed with who joined DZ have remained close friends and have introduced me to many of their new sisters that I'm lucky to call my best friends too! These girls go out of their way to include everyone. They're highly involved on campus and it's sad that their reputation doesn't highlight the positive things they do.
