You will catch something when you go inside this house. Rats in the basement, cleaned once a month, a lot of the brothers have problems with each other too. No fraternity men live here. Just a bunch of geeds who need an excuse to drink all week

DZ used to be the top house on campus. Now they just keep to themselves and struggle filling positions within the chapter. It's sad to see.
