Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at Western Illinois University - WIU 2.4 If you can't get into a top house like Sigma, DZ, or Tau, go Phi Sigma. I've hungout with girls in pretty much every sorority and phi sigs can be cool. They're kinda irrelevant on campus though. Nice girls!
