WIU Greek life is above average and has a lot of potential. There are too many people who only want to party. Often people are too lazy to improve their community and stupidly blame the school for their own apathy. Too many crummy IFC chapters are dragging down any efforts at change. You'll have a good time if you work hard and don't accept the status quo. If you mostly want to party being in a fraternity or sorority gets in the way of your partying. So don't bother joining if you want to live out Animal House.
