Honestly not the best. I went to one of there parties recently with my sisters and was disapointed. They have some nice guys but that's about it. Very much the kind of guys who only ate lunch with other guys in high school.

They were the undisputed top house a few years ago. They threw the best parties and had the chillest guys around. Now they're just a shadow of that unfortunately. Ridiculously average guys now.

Aweful house. Partied hard and had strong brotherhood but western is better off without them.

Very diverse group of guys and they have your studs and your puds. Super involved on campus and they definitely care about their philanthropy unlike most chapters. Brotherhood isn't their top priority it seems. Not big into the party scene this year but last year they had some great ragers. Definitely a top house
