They are publicly nice guys and very involved with the WIU agriculture department. Tend to be low key and keep to themselves. However they probably have never had a non white member and they tend to express bigoted beliefs in private. So I think they should and will be gone in the near future.

Half of the members try to be "TFM Frat Stars" and the other half tend to be generic males who aren't quite nerdy. Most members probably should not be anywhere near fraternity life at all,as many are lowlifes who should be back in preschool. They have no identity,no ambition,no presence on campus and will break many rules to boost recruitment numbers. A glorified drinking club who will probably go under in the years to come.

Very nice guys and stealthy involved on campus. Most members are older guys and tend to be military veterans. Need to make a big effort to attract younger guys and freshman or they will remain small number wise. If you are rushing fraternities check them out.

They have a lot of potential but need to capitalize on it. They have shown an ability to bring in great guys but seemed to have slipped recently. Need more on campus involvement. Definitely the most moral minded of IFC fraternities. If they tried to be the "woke" fraternity at WIU, it would probably put them on solid ground and give them a marketable identity. If you are rushing fraternities check them out.

They are super involved on campus but mostly for resume stuffing and for appearance. They typically recruit goobers and their moral standards have declined as of late. Used to be on an upward trajectory but have fallen victim to being "frat". Probably won't be around in five years because of disregard for safety and risk management.

Great group of women. Every one you talk to has a smile on her face. They are extremely involved around campus and have been killing it at recruitment. I see a great future for this chapter!

They are very unmotivated, lazy and partied too much to the point that they lost their house. They will go extinct in the near future because why would anyone join something that is barely recognizable as a fraternity. Should be put down like a diseased dog.
