Complete douchebags with money. They’re the off brand theta xi. They party at KAs old house. Every frat hates them cause they basically declared war by trying to control ifc and kick multiple frats off campus. They were too stupid to realize that the other frats were going to band together and not let it happen

Some of the dumbest dudes on campus, I have been in class with several and they all failed. GPA requirement mean nothing to them, even if the university makes them go inactive, they never do.

Super douchey. They’ve had the biggest fall off out of all the frats. No one really liked them and once they lost the ranch last year they’ve got no place to throw and just drink at a treehouse apartment.

This fraternity used to be very popular and reputable. Since they lost the old house, they really went down hill. But they have a ton of potential, if they would get off the couch and have more community involvement they could be great. Also surrounding themselves with the sororities like Delta Zeta isn’t helpful.
