Fraternities:

1. Pi Kappa Alpha
2. Sigma Alpha Epsilon
3. Sigma Pi
(Mid Tier)
4. Delta Chi
5. Sigma Phi Epsilon
6. Pi Kappa Alpha
(Bottom Tier)
7. Kappa Delta Rho
8. Phi Gamma Delta (colonizing this year)
Sororities
(Top Tier)
1. Zeta Tau Alpha
2. Alpha Phi
3. Delta Zeta
(Mid Tier)
4. Alpha Sigma Tau
5. Alpha Xi Delta
6. Delta Phi Epsilon
7. Phi Sigma Sigma
(Bottom Tier)
8. Phi Mu
9. Alpha Delta Pi
10. Alpha Sigma Alpha (colonizing this year)
Every sorority has the potential to go up or down. Don't discount the power of a good recruitment year (or bad).

KDR is so not above Dchi. At least Dchi has more than a handful of members and actively participate on campus.
Aphi does not hold a candle to zta.

I loved kdr my freshman year but they've lost a ton of members, couldn't recruit last year, and haven't been involved on campus this past year. hopefully this year they can step back up to top mid tier where they used to be after they get their numbers back up.
