I wouldn't put dchi at the bottom, I think as a whole, they're better than sigep. Here's what I would put.

Fraternities:
1. PiKapp
2. Sig Pi
3. DChi
4. SigEp
5. SAE
6. Pike (Only because they're so new, not because anything is wrong with them.)

Sororities:
1. APhi
2. ZTA
3. AST
4. DZ
5. AXiD
6. Phi Sig
7. DPhiE
8. Phi Mu
9. ADiPi (because they're new, and because they're not a cohesive chapter yet. They have a ton of really strange girls, but some really good ones.

That's my opinion at least.
