Fraternities:
Pi Kapp/Sig Pi (Really different, preference based who is #1)
Pi Kapp- Fratty, fun parties, descent pledge class,living off their reputation of the past a bit
Sig Pi- fun boys, social pledge class, dont do much around campus, you either love or hate these guys
SAE- On the rise not at the top yet but the clear number 3
KDR- small, not doing much
Sig Ep- Think they're better than they are, not that fun
Dchi- smartest, that's about it
Pike- Some good members, some really weird ones who didn't get bids else where. Need a house
Sororities:
APhi-Very pretty, a bit stuck up but they are on top right now
AST-Coolest girls
ZTA- Good mix of girls, social
DZ- Still top tier but slipping a bit, good pledge class, most DZ's are very self centered
AXID- On the rise, do good work around campus and are getting more social, on their way to the top
D phi e- Have work to do
Phi Sig- No
Adpi-New to campus
Phi Mu- no comment

"Truegreek" is just mad that they didn't get into a top house. It's not my fault you don't have looks/money. Have fun believing that being a leader in a small school's frat/sorority is going to take you places.

I actually think this list is pretty close to completely accurate. I would put SAE where Sig Pi is, and switch DphiE and Phi Sig, but that's it.
