best fraternity to rush spring semester

I was thinking about rushing this past fall semester but never got to it. I'm pretty new on Greek Life but am recalling looking to pledge this spring. What should I honestly expect? What's the best fraternity to rush for that has great parties/brotherhood? I need opinions!
