This is not everything they need to know this is just rude.. Our school is not ruled by greeklife so having these intense rankings is just unnecessary. And "great job" for getting top tier? More like great job for finding a place you fit in. This really hurts the feelings and self esteem of girls who didn't do a "great job" apparently cuz they aren't top tier... Also it's not to just incoming freshman anyone can go through recruitment. But nice try in being that helpful person when you really just came off as the snob who only cares about tiers

literally in awe that i just read this post but: PNMS, ANY SORORITY YOU GET INTO DESERVES A GOOD JOB, DONT LET A SNOBBY PERSON WHO IS SELF CENTERED LET YOU THINK OTHERWISE, YES THERE ARE TIERS BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN ANY SORORITY OR PERSON IS LESS VALUED. GO THROUGH WITH RECRUITMENT AND FIND YOUR HOME AND DONT LET ANYONE (AN APHI) TELL YOU THAT A SORORITY OTHER THAN THEIRS IS NOT IMPORTANT. THANK YOU AND GO GREEK I PROMISE WE ALL ARENT LIKE THEM.

"if you get into one of these good job because recruitment is hard!!" says the self centered alpha phi. i will tell you one thing, i am in one of these sororities you classified as 'top tier', and recruitment is not only hard for the girls who receive a bid from them. recruitment is hard because hundreds!!! of girls are looking to find their home and meet the people they most fit in with. getting a bid from anyone who you feel comfortable with and at most at home with deserves a good job. sorry but its easy to see why there are so many issues within your cliques, i mean sorority.
