Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 5.0 They have made a huge comeback since their little fault last year. They seem to have an amazing sisterhood, plus their pledge classes get cuter every year. Definitely a sorority to think about for 2015 recruitment.
