Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 1.7 Not really sure what the hype is behind these kids. There literally nothing compared to other frats on campus. For example a real fraternity like Sig ep. Sig ep is clearly better than these kids. They think their all so cool but they’re just a bunch of d bags with long hair and a big house. Steer clear of these scrubs.
