Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 1.0 This Fraternity died out (aka stopped getting pledges) by 2010, when they were no longer actively recognized by West Chester University. There was a small group of 3 or 4 guys that still called themselves SKULLS, but are not recognized by the University or quite frankly anybody on campus. In 2013 Cara Jenkins, the Greek Life director tried to bring them back by inviting a national representative to campus to gain interest, but they failed and couldn't get a colony started again. They dont exist
