This place needs a system. A rundown on what is allowed here and what's not. I see them following some laws but honestly I think the brothers here will definitely have the hardest time accepting the fact that they can't bring underaged girls into their parties based off the amount of times I've seen it already happen.

This place needs to simply be put on hold. They need to close their doors for at least one week so they can get through some interviews by a predatorial investigation team. The brothers here think they're invincible and can get away with anything. There needs to be a stop to all of this nonsense that takes place in the pike house!

This place is horrible! This is one of those fraternities that you walk down the sidewalk, look from a distance and take a second to think about how boring and nasty it is inside.

This place should be renamed the "Wayne State Clown House!" This house is very entertaining, just like clowns are at the circus. Realistically, there are two types of clowns out there... there are circus clowns, and there are the Pike brothers. If you rush pike, don't forget to bring your wig and red nose because you won't fit in this frat without it.

My friend came up to me crying because one of the frat brothers put her hands on her. Won’t return to this fraternity… guys are creeps!!
