Aepi got 16/35 bids(less than half) then sent out snap bids yet they're clear top house following 2016 spring rush. I don't understand...

The same happened to Sig Chi last year; they got absolutely wrecked in rush but bounced back this year with a good PC (at least in terms of numbers). If AEPi struggles again next year with rush, then they will definitely slip

Not that either are relevant, but I would move adphi up with Theta Xi
