because none of us know who you are or know your story. were your grades not that great? are you not that confident at small talk? did you not make friends in any sororities? were you not really involved on campus?
if any of those stood out to you as obvious reasons for why you were probably dropped from all the chapters, and you've since fixed it, then you have a better chance.
also, there's a difference between being dropped from everywhere and dropping out. if you did the dropping out because you didn't like your choices, if you choose to rush again you need to have a better attitude and actually go in with an open mind. if you do do that, the chances of you finding a home go up (especially if you can prove you've changed, same goes for the things in the first part).
just remember though that nothing's guaranteed no matter what. and gamma phi beta is colonizing in the spring and will be more open to upperclassmen, but they more than anyone else will want serious leaders on campus because founding a colony is hard work and takes a lot of effort.
