How do new sororities recruit?

They will table and have a website and do other stuff to get the names of women who might be interested in joining a colony. After formal recruitment, they will hold recruitment for the colony. Every group does it differently, but that is usually one round of informational parties, one round of interviews with alumnae/national officers, and a preference party. Bids will be given out after the preference party. PNMs can be dropped at any point in the process.
