Going off the most recent post, can someone give an accurate, unbiased description of the fraternities?

This is vvvv accurate.
If i were to add anything it would be that theta xi, like zbt, has a tough pledge process and is very into the brotherhood. They are generally drunk goons who care far more about partying with themselves than what others think of them.

Also, while what was said about sig nu is 100% true--they are still primarily known for being tight with DG, who has also moved somewhat away from their nice girl rep and picked up a lot more party girls with recent pledge classes.
