Do all the fraternities participate in fall rush? When does that take place and is it lik spring rush?

Some fraternities do participate in Fall rush, but not all. Fall rush, or informal rush, is also not open to freshmen.
Fall rush is similar to Spring rush but also different in that there are fewer events and fewer people rushing.
