the only people who think theta xi is rising is theta xi.

kd didn't even want to mix with them fall '14 because of their low status. the fact that they mix with aopi every other week proves that they are definitely not rising

okay kd, way to try to throw two chapters under the bus at once. also, this doesn't make you look particularly good either (just kind of stuck up and social climby...although that might be exactly what you are, for a lower tier)

when you write two frats next to each other on the same tier like "Sig Nu, Beta" for example, does that mean sig nu is slightly above beta? or should that be taken to mean that they're the same

Kappa Sig may be "rising," but they need to be dropped an entire level.
